Polo King respects your privacy. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. It does not use advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, user accounts, or cloud services.

Information stored on your device

Polo King stores game progress, career data, and preferences locally on your device so that the game can operate and remember your settings. Duff Games cannot access this information, and it is not transmitted to Duff Games or third parties by the app.

You can delete this locally stored information by deleting the app. Copies may remain in device backups controlled by you and your platform provider, subject to that provider’s policies and your backup settings.

Information we do not collect

Polo King does not collect contact details, identifiers, location, usage data, diagnostics, gameplay data, purchases, photos, audio, or other personal information. It does not track you across apps or websites.

Third parties

The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services, and Duff Games does not share app data with third parties. Your download and use of Apple services are governed separately by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and support query. We use it only to respond and provide support. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain appropriate records, or comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

Children’s privacy

Polo King does not knowingly collect personal data from children or any other users. If a child contacts us by email and a parent or guardian would like the correspondence deleted, they may contact us using the address below.

Your choices and rights

Because app data remains on your device, you control it through the app, your device settings, and deletion of the app. To ask about, correct, or delete information you have voluntarily sent to us by email, contact us at the address below. We will respond in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Polo King’s features or privacy practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change requires consent, we will request it as required by applicable law.
